1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • During peak periods (holidays, promotions, or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking information (if available).


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Local (Hong Kong): Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly indicated on our website or at checkout.


4. International Shipping

  • Snackerico ships worldwide to most countries.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total.

  • Some products (particularly perishable snacks) may be restricted in certain countries due to customs regulations. Please check your local import laws before ordering.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

  • If you do not see tracking updates after 5 business days, please contact us at orders@snackerico.com


6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

  • While we work with reliable carriers, delays may occur. Unfortunately, Snackerico cannot be held responsible for late deliveries caused by customs clearance, weather, or courier issues.

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
