Refund policy

At Snackerico, we want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it simple for you.

30-Day Returns (non-food items only)

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for eligible items. To qualify:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it – unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

📧 To start a return, just email us at support@snackerico.com – we’ll guide you through the process and share the return address.

Important notes

  • Food & perishable items: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any food products.

  • Other non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom products cannot be returned.

  • Please contact us if you’re unsure whether your item qualifies.

Damaged, wrong, or defective items

We carefully check every order, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away at support@snackerico.com – we’ll replace it or arrange a refund at no cost to you.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged items), we’ll cover the shipping.

  • For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size/color chosen, etc.), customers cover return postage.

👉 Return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order (once approved) and place a new order for the product you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval. If approved:

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank/credit card may take extra time to post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@snackerico.com.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
